Seafood Doria

Do you like eating gratin?
Then try doria! It"s basically the same thing just use rice instead of pasta!
This meal is so appetizing and packed with flavor!
This seafood creamy doria is a great meal to serve during the fall season to help warm your body up. You can use almost any type of seafood mix and it is so easy to make yet so delicious.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Cook rice and saute with the butter in a sauce pan
- Heat the vegetables in another pan until it becomes tender. Also put in the shrimp and cook until it becomes red.
- Pour the white sauce into a bowl and warm it up.
- Put butter in the ramekins and then place the buttered rice
- Put the corn, tomato, broccoli, on top of the rice
- Put some shredded cheese on top and then some panko.
- Place the ramekins in the oven and cook until the cheese starts to melt and turns golden.
- Enjoy!

Serving Size: 2
-1/2 cup rice
-8 shrimp pieces
-1/2 cup white sauce
-1 tomato
-1 broccoli
-4 tbsp corn
-2tbsp butter
-salt and pepper to taste
-4 tbsp pank0
-1/4 cup cheese shredded cheese

Cooking Tips
-Make sure to butter the ramekins first so that the rice would not stick to the bottom.
-You can add parsley for garnish after the doria is done
