Ingredients
1 pound of organic boneless and skinless chicken breast
1 bag of frozen okra (12 oz.)
1/2-1 Kabocha (16 oz.)
Seasoning of your choice
1 teaspoon of cooking wine
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Cooking Tips
You have to use Kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) for this dish as American pumpkin tastes different and has a softer texture.
Stir fry the ingredients separately helps to keep the color and shape.
Frozen okra has the same nutrition as fresh ones and it's easier to find and prepare.
