Seafood miso soup noodle
By Yasetainoni555
This soup noodle (or Ramen) is my favorite. Seafood + miso also makes a very delicious soup.
1. Stir fry frozen seafood and some vegetables (and some mushrooms) with vegetable oil, sake, 1/4 5tsp salt and pepper, and 1/2 tsp ginger in a pot on a stove top.
2 Set aside some of the seafood, vegetables, and/or mushrooms from step 1 as a topping for the ramen.
3. Add water into the pot, and boil it. Then add chicken bouillon and soy sauce. (Optional : add 1/2 tsp kombu dashi power)
4. After you skim the foam on the soup, add miso paste and plain soy milk (or milk), and stir the soup.
5. Crack an egg into the soup, turn off the stove, and put the cover on the pot.
6. Boil water in another pot, and cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain and rinse.
7. In a bowl add the noodles, the toppings from step 2 and put it in the microwave for 1 min.
8. Turn on the stove and warm up the soup again
9. Take out the noodles from the microwave, and put the egg and some kimchi in the ramen as a topping (The kimchi is optional though)
10. Ladle soup into the bowl with the ramen, and serve!
Ingredients
Serving size: 1
1/4 Frozen seafood mix
1 bundle of dry Ramen noodle or spaghetti noodle
1 Tbsp sake or white win
3/4 Tbsp miso paste
1 Tsp of chicken bouillon, soy sauce, and soy milk
1 egg
Seafood, any vegetable, and any kind of mushroom (for topping)
ginger, vegetable oil, salt and pepper
water 500ml
Kimchi (optional)
Cooking Tips
You can also cook the noodles in the soup to save cooking time. In that case, it’s better to shorten the cooking time by 1 min than the directions on the package.
I used onion, carrot, simeji-mushroom, broccoli, and green-onion, but you can use any kind of vegetables or mushrooms.
