Easy Peasy FR

One of the easiest FR (fried rice) you can make at home. 

Defrost the shrimp, rinse in water and dry with a paper napkin. 

Cut the shrimp and kimchi into small pieces. 

Sauté the shrimp and kimchi until cook and scooch them over to one side of the pan, pour in some oil (I use sesame oil) and add the cooked chilled rice.  Stir to combine and add your favorite seasoning (Mine is Kinder's The Blend) and cook until the shrimp slightly turn brown. 

You can add furikake on top to enhance the flavor 

Ingredients

A handful of frozen shrimps

Some kimchi

A bowl of cold chilled rice (overnight preferable)

Personal favorite seasoning 

Cooking Tips

Rinsing and drying the shrimp helps to get rid of the smell/taste from the freezer.

Any seafood will work with kimchi. 

Freshly cooked rice does not work well for FR.
