Hiyashi chuuka with salmon and veggies

This Japanese cold noodle dish is perfect for toasty weather! 

super easy to make with prepackaged hiyashichuuka noodles from Mitsuwa!

 

 

Ingredients

1. hiyashi chuuka noodles (sun noodles brand, but can be any brand)

2.salmon fillet lightly seasoned with salt and papers 

3.shimeji mushroom

4.cucumbers

5. salt and peppers

6.homemade ajitama

 

Cooking Tips

Slice the cucumbers  into thin sticks.

Lightly season salmon with salt and peppers and pan fry it

Cook the noodle per instruction and let it cool by put it in the ice water

placing noodles ina place and add salmon and cucumbers and homemade ajitama.

also you can garnish it with sesame seeds.
