Shiso Genovese

This is quick cold noodle recipe using S&B Shisho Genoevese sauce. It’s good for hot summer dinner.

 

Stir fry ground beef, onion, garlic,  carrot, mushrooms, asparagus with basil paste and olive oil. Put salt and pepper favorite amount. After cooling the boiled somen with iced water, mixed with S&B sauce. Put the meat and veggies on the noodles, strew sesame and Parmesan cheese on the top.

Serving 1

somen 1 bunch

Grond beef 1/3 package

Onion 1/4

mushroom 1/4 package

carrot 1/3

asparagus 5-6 pieces  

small tomato 3-4 pieces

sesame a little 

parmesan cheese as favorite 

salt & pepper as favorite 

basil paste 3 tea spoons

 

Cooking Tips

Put a fresh tomatoes on the plate at last!
