Spicy Bibimbap Somen

This is a little spicy Korean taste cold SOMEN noodle recipe.

Cut zucchini into small peace. In a pan, stir fry in olive oil and pork small peace. When the meat is cooked put Yakiniku sauce preferred amount. Add cut zucchini after turning off the fire.

Mix gochujang seasoning, vinegar, sesame oil, Chinese dashi soup base, salt and pepper and sriracha sauce. After cooling the boiled SOMEN noodle.

Add pork, kimuchi, sliced chili pepper.

Ingredients

For 2 people. 1, SOMEN (3 bunches) 2, Zucchini (Half size) 3, Pork (3.5 OZ) 4, Kimuchi (3 OZ) 5, Yakiniku sauce (2 Table spoons) 6, Olive olil (2 Tea spoons) Noolde Sauce: 7, Gochujang seasoning (2 table spoons) 8, Vinegar (2 Table spoons) 9, Sesame oil (Preferred amount) 10, Chinese dashi soup base (1 Tea spoon) 11, Salt and pepper (Preferred amount) 12, Sriracha sauce (Preferred amount)

Cooking Tips

Sometimes I put grated garlic in the somen sauce , it makes this recipe taste more deeper and tasty.
If you like put porched egg on the top as optional!
